Soccer is a sport that truly belongs to the world. No other sport inspires the passionate following, large crowds and worldwide popularity that soccer does. The game is called Futbol in most of the world. Inexplicably, soccer’s requirements of skillful play with the ball, physical demands, and teamwork make it a hard game to resist appreciating. The game's fluid play—action stoppages are rare—and creative nature makes soccer one part sport, one part craft, and one part art.

The Chargers offer both recreational and competitive traveling soccer programs. For more than 30 years they have successfully trained young people in the skills and techniques necessary to play quality soccer, producing numerous championship teams at the state, regional and national levels. The club competitive program ranges from U9-U19 boys and girls. The U9-U10 boys and girls are part of the Youth Academy Program. The Chargers are in their 5th year of being Member of the US Soccer Development Academy Program. There are 79 Clubs in USA to have such a program and only 4 in Florida. The Program was created by US Soccer to improve the everyday training environment for the elite youth player. It focuses on 2 age groups for Boys only: U18 and U16. The recreational soccer program offers opportunities for children ages 4 through 18. The club fields teams for boys and girls in the 9 and under to the 20 and under age groups.
